Bels Lontano (Bret Bohman) curates a late-night evening of electronic works featuring resident composers of MICF, current and former Mizzou students, and a short set of his own works.

Bels Lontano is an experimental electronic dance music project from composer/producer Bret Bohman that embraces the notion that music is therapy in both the act of creation and the act of listening. Inspired by an eclectic range of musical and non-musical sources, the project explores concepts of liminal spaces, natural beauty, therapy and personal growth through the creation of rich sonic tapestries and melodic beat music stemming from the traditions of IDM, house, hip-hop, contemporary classical and ambient.
